Good Health Granola

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup honey

5 cups oatmeal

1 cup coconut

1 cup raisins

1 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup flax seed meal

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  2. Mix coconut oil and honey in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Mix oatmeal, coconut, pecans, flax seed meal, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Add coconut oil and honey mixture and stir to coat.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spread mixture in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. After granola is cool, add raisins and dark chocolate chips.
  8. Store in refrigerator.                                                                                                            Enjoy a healthy yummy snack. God bless you!
